About The Role

We are seeking a vigilant and detail‑oriented CCTV Operator to join our team. In this role, you will monitor CCTV systems, identify and respond to security incidents, and support the overall safety of our clients\' premises.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities and security breaches.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports of activities, incidents, and shift updates.
  • Communicate effectively with on-site security teams, mobile response officers, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all CCTV and data protection regulations.
  • Conduct regular system checks to ensure equipment is operational.

Requirements

  • A valid SIA CCTV Licence (Essential).
  • Previous experience in a CCTV or security monitoring role (Preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.
  • Flexibility to work 12‑hour shifts, including days and nights.
  • A good understanding of data protection and privacy laws.

Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858).
