This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.
About The Role
OCS Group is seeking professional and experienced Security Guards to join our team at a flagship, state-of-the-art building. This high-profile role requires perfection, professionalism, and vigilance to ensure the safety, security, and seamless operation of the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting regular physical security patrols to ensure the safety and integrity of the premises.
- Managing access control and monitoring visitors, staff, and deliveries in line with company procedures.
- Operating and monitoring CCTV systems (preferred) to identify and respond to potential incidents.
- Providing a professional front-of-house presence, delivering exceptional customer service to visitors and staff.
- Promptly responding to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, escalating as required.
- Ensuring all duties and tasks are carried out with precision and attention to detail.
- Completing accurate and detailed incident reports, maintaining clear records for security operations.
Requirements
- A valid SIA licence (SG or DS) is essential.
- Experience with CCTV systems is preferred.
- Proven experience in a front-line security role, ideally within a high-profile or corporate environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain professional at all times.
- A proactive and vigilant approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days and nights), maintaining focus and professionalism throughout.
