About the Role
Days of Working: Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm
Key Responsibilities
- Support in managing the Front of House day-to-day operations of catering services, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Support in creating and planning daily menus that are innovative, cost-effective, and meet dietary requirements.
- Monitor the quality of food and beverages, ensuring portion control, and maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Lead and supervise the Front of House catering team, including training staff and managing their performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain hygiene standards, and keep accurate records.
- Order supplies, manage stock levels, and conduct inventory checks.
- Help to control costs, ensuring the catering service is financially viable.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Contract Catering industry is required.
- Hold relevant qualifications, have knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety is a must.
- A proven track record in supervising a team and leadership is crucial.
- Demonstrate high standards and be well organised in all areas of Management.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Ability to handle different situations and find practical solutions.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time-management and organisational abilities.
