About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a CCTV Operator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our highly trained, professional security team within a large Venue. You will be responsible for the protection, security and safety of visitors and the building.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that there is clear, accurate communication and transmission of all relevant information.
- Ensure the correct escalation of incidents is followed in line with the incident escalation process; running logs are maintained in the Operators running logs.
- Effectively deploy security resources to deal with all incidents and matters arising.
- Proactive operation of the CCTV System; conducting daily site activity risk assessments, maintaining accurate CCTV records. Operation of the fire alarm system, PA system, VMS, Intruder/Panic Alarms, BMS, ANPR, radio and phone systems.
- Implementation of the emergency procedures in accordance with the Incident and Emergency Plan.
- Thoroughly, accurately, and professionally documents complaints, incidents involving possible criminal activity and other daily activities.
