About The Role

OCS Security is seeking a Security Systems Engineer to maintain and enhance relationships with clients across Public, Private, Construction, Retail and Sports venues. The role focuses primarily on the maintenance and servicing of Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems, with occasional work on Panic / Affray Alarms, Nurse call, EVCS, and remedial tasks. The engineer will work collaboratively with team members, interact professionally with clients and other trades, represent the company positively, and conduct regular site visits with a customer‑centric approach. The Security Engineer reports directly to the Local Service Manager.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three to five years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Enterprise solutions such as Dahlmeier, Lenel, Synectic, Salto, and Gallagher is preferred but not essential.
  • Candidates with a strong aptitude for learning and experience with similar Enterprise solutions will be considered for further training.
