About The Role
Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday 8am - 5pm or 11.30am - 8.30pm and Sunday 8.30am - 5.30pm. We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Civil Parking Enforcement Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Deal with queries and resolve problems
- Ensure patrols are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Issue penalty charge notices to any vehicle parked against restriction and record verbal warnings issued to motorists
- Ensure parking equipment is working correctly and report defects promptly
- Ensure enquiries from members of the public are dealt with promptly and politely
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate
- The ability to remain calm during conflict and tense situations, and a polite, credible and confident approach when dealing with members of the public
- A willingness to work outside in all weathers
