Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough pre‑employment screening and background checks in line with aviation and security regulations.
  • Liaise with candidates, managers, recruitment team to ensure timely completion of screening processes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of screening documentation and compliance reports.
  • Monitor and update internal systems with screening progress and outcomes.
  • Act as an authorized signatory for the OCS Aviation division.
  • Support audits and inspections by preparing and providing relevant documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, HR, or compliance (aviation/security sector experience is a plus).
  • Role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
