We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. You will carry out routine and reactive cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
Please note that this position requires an enhanced national security clearance before commencing employment.
What you will do
- Complete daily cleaning duties to agreed standards.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues identified.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and service requirements.
- Carry out basic equipment checks and report faults.
- Complete periodic and specialist cleaning tasks as required.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in good order.
What you will need
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- The ability to obtain & maintain national security clearance.
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Strong timekeeping and reliability.
- Customer-focused with good communication skills.
- Ability to read and speak English to support safe working practices.
