About the Role
Working pattern: Holiday entitlement will be accrued on a pro‑rata basis in line with weeks worked.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning operations, ensuring client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are adhered to.
- Provide weekly/monthly stock orders.
- Carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards meet the required specification.
- Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services.
- Help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team.
Ideal Candidate
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience working in a cleaning environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
