About The Role
- Days of Working: Wednesdays and Thursdays, working 12pm to 6pm

Key Responsibilities
- The preparation, cooking, presentation and service of meals to the highest possible standards.
- Provide food that complies with national nutritional policies and food hygiene standards.
- Ensure timely plating and delivery to patient areas.
- Contributes to the implementation of service developments i.e. new menus, production systems.
- Submit requisitions for additional foods stores depending upon demand.
Ideal Candidate Criteria
- Must have Right to Work in the UK.
- An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate.
- Qualified Cook to City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 standard and Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate.
- Knowledge and experience across a broad range of cooking methods, recipe formulation and service requirements.
- Knowledge and understanding of HACCP & COSHH acquired over time with training.
- Intimate knowledge of Fire Safety as applied in the kitchen setting.
- Allergen qualification/training.
