Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00. We are looking for a passionate person who can find common ground in any conversation and excel at creative problem solving. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering the Front of House Host role for amika Guest Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the front‑of‑house operations, handling post, couriers, contractors and visitors, overseeing access and signing‑in procedures.
- Enhancing tenants' experience, managing building social media, creating monthly newsletters and participating in event planning and placemaking activities.
- Collaboration and teamwork are essential.
