About The Role
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 6am - 3pm and Friday 6am - 1pm
Are you passionate about maintaining cleanliness and ensuring impeccable standards in a busy site? As a Cleaning Supervisor you will oversee the effective supervisory and safety concerns when it comes to daily operations on site within the cleaning team.
Responsibilities
- To be the clients/Managers main point of contact on site
- To co-ordinate and drive a team on site, whilst completing core cleaning duties with the team
- To support the manager with the training and induction of new staff, and the completion of training records
- To lead by example when completing tasks, following the safe systems of work and method statements
Qualifications
- Must have right to work in the UK
- To have demonstrable people skills or experience co-ordinating a team
- Experience cleaning in a similar environment or transferable skills, knowledge, and understanding
- Understanding of COSHH and H&S compliance on similar sites/environments
- Experience in training and inducting colleagues
