OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Scheduler to coordinate daily workloads for engineers, cleaners and third‑party contractors on the BBC contract. You will manage access, appointments and ensure reactive and planned works meet SLAs and KPIs.
You’ll act as the main point of contact across the BBC contract, liaising with operations and subcontractors to deliver high-quality service and timely updates to customers and site teams.
