About The Role
Days of Working: Variable shifts dependent upon business needs - 4 on, 4 off
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all security staff comply with and adhere to the agreed assignment instructions
- Ensure security incidents are reported correctly through the incident portal employed on the assignment
- Day-to-day allocation of duties for the security staff according to the existing instructions and any additional requirement that may deem necessary
- Implement emergency procedures in the event of a security incident to ensure that the impact on the client is minimal
- Develop and implement security procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the client's premises
Qualifications
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders
- Valid Private Security Authority (PSA) license is desirable
