About The Role
Days of Working: Various shifts throughout the week, days, nights and weekends as per rota.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain a security presence at our client sites, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers and members of the public.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain PSA standards in relation to code of conduct.
- Fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adhering to the requirements of the company’s health and safety policy and health and safety management plans.
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service.
- Adhere to the company’s dress code and wear the correct uniform.
Ideal Candidate Criteria
- Must have Right to Work in the UK.
- Previous experience in a busy security role.
- Strong people and customer service skills.
- Effective communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to work with CCTV systems.
- Well presented, punctual and focused on attention to detail.
- Current, valid PSA Licence.
- Must be able to provide clear and complete 5-year work history including references.
