About The Role
The Area Support Officer will provide flexible security cover across multiple client sites, adapting to varied shift patterns and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Record vehicles, visitors, contractors and all site activities, maintaining accurate logs and daily occurrence records.
- Monitor sites visually and via CCTV, responding to alerts and alarms in line with procedures.
- Conduct regular site patrols and inspections according to assignment instructions.
- Provide security services across multiple client sites, adapting to varied working patterns as required.
- Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety policies and management plans.
- Cover annual leave and sickness absences as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Valid SIA Licence (essential).
- Confident computer literacy and ability to operate security systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels from visitors to senior management.
- High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
Additional Requirements
All successful applicants will be required to undergo screening and vetting in line with BS7858 standards.
