About The Role
Days of Working: Variable shifts dependent upon business needs — Four on four off 12 hour shifts, rolling pattern with both day and night work.
Responsibilities
- Safely transfer passengers and travelling companions to and from the terminal and aircraft
- Provide physical assistance by lifting passengers into and out of aircraft seats using aids as appropriate
- Assist with passengers’ baggage as required
- Ensure boarding checks are completed in line with airline requirements
- Ensure vehicle checks are completed and recorded prior to usage
- Actively check that all seat belts are worn by all passengers and drivers
Qualifications
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- Pass pre-employment screening, including 5 years of employee reference checking
- Valid UK Driver’s Licence held for a minimum of 3 years
- Ability to communicate with people and colleagues at all levels
- Previous experience within driving with an airport is desirable
