The predicted salary is between 22000 - 25000 £ per year.

Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 11:30am – 7:30pm and Friday 7:30am – 2:30pm. Additional Weekend Overtime at Premium Rate Available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and sanitising all preparation and storage areas, kitchen walls, stoves, sinks, ovens, and grills.
  • Washing dirty dishes, cutting boards, utensils, and cooking equipment and ensuring that all cookware, utensils, and cutlery are clean and ready for service.
  • Receiving, unpacking all deliveries and checking the delivery against what has been ordered, highlighting any discrepancies to the site manager.
  • Ensuring that the food and supply storage areas are organised.
  • Be responsible for removing rubbish and emptying bins, waste, and recycling in the kitchen.
  • Assisting with food preparation when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Commercial kitchen experience is highly valued but not essential.
  • Basic catering and hospitality certificate such as Food Handling or equivalent desirable; can be provided if required.
  • Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, often necessary due to the physical nature of the job.

Ideal Candidate Criteria:

  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
  • City & Guilds certification, BTEC, or NVQ at a basic level required.
  • Completion of a food hygiene course at Level 2 desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills essential.
  • Good time‑management and organisational abilities.
