About The Role: Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Account Manager for an exciting new security contract. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with full strategic and operational responsibility for a prestigious national client. You will lead a team of regional account managers and ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality static guarding services across a diverse portfolio of retail sites. You will act as the senior point of contact for the client, fostering a strong partnership and driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The salary is not advertised and is open to negotiation depending on experience.
