- Unyielding Compliance Focus: You interpret and execute on complex regulations flawlessly, ensuring 100% compliance with HMRC Customs, Security regulations, GDPR, and Dangerous Goods procedures.
- Elite Team Leadership: You command respect on the warehouse floor. You lead by example, conducting daily shift briefings, managing performance and timekeeping, and actively coaching and mentoring your team members.

Competitive basic salary, supplemented by dedicated Weekend and Night Allowances. 20 days annual leave, increasing up to 25 days with continuous service. Company healthcare scheme enrolments (after 1 year’s continuous service).
Note: Because this role requires critical hands-on supervision, manual handling, and continuous team development within a warehouse environment, it is unsuitable for hybrid or remote working arrangements. We need you on the floor, driving results and leading the team.
