About The Role

Working

Working in our Technical Services static team.

We manage and support major contracts in Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Education and Government contracts in our continually expanding division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems
  • Ensure all delegated reactive works orders and PPMs are completed within the contract-defined time SLAs & KPIs.
  • Provide a significant contribution to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability and must, therefore, play its part in the overall delivery of service.
  • To complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly
  • To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
  • Support the site supervisor with the implementation of an integrated approach for the delivery of all contracted services ensuring that all works are delivered, safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota

Essential Hiring Criteria

  • Applicant must have the right to work in the UK NVQ, or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services along with proven maintenance experience.
  • Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation to ensure site safety procedures are always followed.
  • CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
  • Understanding of First Aid.
  • IT Literate - Basic understanding of Excel & Microsoft products.
