OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our Technical Services team in Central London.

You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems for commercial, residential, healthcare, education and government contracts.

Working four days on, four days off, you’ll manage site compliance, complete service sheets and support contractor coordination.
