Are you an experienced leader in offshore engineering, ready to take complete responsibility for engineering, maintenance, and asset integrity on complex offshore sites? As our portfolio expands to support long-term FPSO and FPU operations—especially Operations & Maintenance—we’re seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager. In this role, you’ll offer strategic leadership and technical oversight across FPSO/FPU activities, focusing on safety, reliability, and optimal performance throughout each asset’s lifecycle.
This is a crucial leadership position, accountable for developing engineering strategies, ensuring effective maintenance, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading multidisciplinary teams in a high-stakes offshore setting. You’ll manage client interface, reinforce asset integrity, and make sure engineering results align with operational, contract, and business goals.

What You Will Do
- Provide overall leadership and governance for all FPSO engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, structural, marine, and integrity.
- Define and deliver engineering and maintenance strategies aligned with safe, reliable, and efficient asset operation.
- Ensure asset integrity management, inspections, and reliability programs are effectively implemented and continuously improved.
- Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and optimizing resource utilization.
- Ensure Safety and Environmental Critical Elements (SECEs) are identified, maintained, and assured in line with performance standards.
- Provide technical assurance and compliance, ensuring adherence to Class, Flag, statutory, and international offshore standards.
- Review and approve Management of Change (MoC) proposals, technical deviations, and major engineering decisions.
- Interface with Client, Classification Societies, regulators, vendors, and contractors on technical and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with Operations, HSE, Projects, and Supply Chain to ensure integrated, efficient delivery.
- Provide engineering input to budgets, long-term plans, and performance reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams, building a strong culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation and improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Champion of nationalization and people development initiatives, where applicable.
What We Are Looking For
- 20–25 years of experience in offshore Oil & Gas, EPC, or FPSO/FPU environments. Strong O&M asset experience is preferable.
- Strong background in FPSO engineering, maintenance management, and asset integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline (Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage).
- In-depth knowledge of offshore regulations, Class requirements, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in high-risk offshore environments.
- Strong decision making, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strategic, pragmatic, and delivery focused leadership style.
