A growing and highly respected Design & Build contractor is looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 180-unit residential development in South East London.

Renowned for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use schemes across the capital, the business has built an excellent reputation for quality, safety and client satisfaction, with a strong pipeline of secured work.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the successful delivery of a 180-unit residential scheme from construction through to completion.

You'll lead the site team, manage programme and budgets, coordinate subcontractors, liaise with the client and consultants, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor or Design & Build contractor.
  • Previous experience delivering large-scale residential developments, ideally 100+ units.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive site teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent programme management, commercial awareness and client-facing experience.
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
