Site Manager/Engineer – Civils/RC Frame/Groundworks – London - £320\\n\\nThe Client: Our client is a newly established, multi-disciplined civil engineering, RC Frame and groundworks specialist, offering a range of core services to suit any new build construction project. These range from residential, commercial and industrial developments to all types of infrastructure projects across London and the northern Home Counties. They work on projects up to the value of £2.5m.\\n\\nThe Role: You will be reporting to the Contracts Manager where you will be responsible for up to 3 jobs at any one time.\\n\\nGeneral duties will include;\\n\\n * Day to day site management\\n\\n * Thorough understanding of scope, spec + drawings\\n\\n * Hiring plant and ordering material for the jobs\\n\\n * Making sure health and safety standards are being kept\\n\\n * Keeping accurate daily records\\n\\nType of work involved;\\n\\n * Excavations and muckaway\\n\\n * RC foundations, slabs, walls etc.\\n\\n * Blockwork + brickwork\\n\\n * Beam and block flooring\\n\\n * Drainage + services\\n\\n * Paving and landscaping\\n\\nThe Requirements: You must be degree qualified in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent.
