They manage every stage from planning and licences to site establishment, design and installation of temporary works, decommissioning and decontamination, soft-strip, structural demolition and removal / recycling of wastes to prepare greenfield and brownfield sites for redevelopment. They have a current turnover in excess of £70m and cover London and the Southeast. About the role: The client requires multiple Site Managers with Demolition experience for projects in Berkshire, West and Central London. The client requires new operational expertise due to increased workload. About the requirements: You must have significant demolition experience as a Site Manager. You must hold SMSTS, CCDO and First Aid to be considered. About the benefits: You will receive an excellent salary, Van and fuel card.
