You will head the site team, manage programme and budgets, coordinate subcontractors and liaise with the client and consultants to ensure safety, on time delivery and high quality standards.
The role requires proven PM experience with a main contractor or design & build contractor, delivery of large-scale residential schemes (100+ units), strong leadership.
