The Opportunity
You will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of piling and foundation projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure financial performance, contractual compliance, and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial activities across piling and ground engineering projects
- Administer NEC contracts, including early warnings, compensation events, and change control
- Prepare and manage cost reports, forecasts, and budgets

- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
- Prepare valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, civil engineering, or ground engineering
- Strong working knowledge and practical experience of NEC contracts (essential)
- Experience in piling, groundworks, or geotechnical engineering (highly desirable)

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
