Contracts Manager

I’m currently working with a well-established RC Frame & Groundworks subcontractor with an annual turnover of circa £35m, delivering complex packages on major projects typically valued up to £10m.\\n\\nDue to continued growth and a strong forward order book, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to take full operational ownership of multiple projects, reporting directly at Director level.\\nThe Role This is a senior operational position where you will:\\n\\n * Take the lead on the delivery of RC frame and groundworks packages across several live projects\\n\\n * Manage and support Project Managers and Site Teams, driving performance, programme and quality\\n\\n * Oversee commercial and contractual performance in conjunction with the commercial team\\n\\n * Lead on client relationships, progress meetings and issue resolution\\n\\n * Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to budget\\n\\n * Act as a key link between site operations and the senior leadership team\\n\\nThe Ideal Candidate You will be:\\n\\n * An experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in RC Frames and/or Groundworks\\n\\n * Comfortable managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously\\n\\n * Used to working on packages and projects up to £10m\\n\\n * Commercially and contractually aware, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach\\n\\n * Confident operating at senior level and reporting directly into Directors\\n\\nWhy Apply?\\n\\n * Join a financially stable, growing subcontractor with a strong reputation in the market\\n\\n * Genuine opportunity to influence operations and strategy at a senior level\\n\\n * Long-term career progression within a business that promotes from within\\n\\n * Competitive salary and package, reflective of experience
