About The Role
Shift Pattern: Saturday and Sunday. 6am until 2pm
Key responsibilities:
- Utilizing electric towing vehicle -TUG to collect/ tow 1100L waste bins
- General Waste, Dry mixed recycling and Cardboard bins
- Collecting bins to and from site venues (back of house and storage areas) and take them to waste compound, empty bins to compactors and return back to original location
- Operate general waste and dry mixed recycling compactors
- Operate cardboard bailer
- Complete necessary forms
- Monitor and manage waste compound housekeeping etc
- Report any issues from venues/ collection points etc
- Manual handling of food and glass bins – 120L bins to and from collection points
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- You must have Right to Work in the UK.
- Full training provided but previous experience in a similar role is preferrable.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Role requires a full driving license, this is essential.
- Must be physically fit as this is a active position.
