The predicted salary is between 44550 - 54450 £ per year.
Working Pattern: 08:00 - 16:00 with 30 minutes unpaid break. Are you passionate about maintaining cleanliness and ensuring impeccable standards in a busy site? As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee the effective supervisory and safety concerns when it comes to daily operations on site within the cleaning team.
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- To be the clients/Managers main point of contact on site
- To co-ordinate and drive a team on site, whilst completing core cleaning duties with the team
- To support the manager with the training and induction of new staff, and the completion of training records
- To lead by example when completing tasks, following the safe systems of work and method statements
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have right to work in the UK
- To have demonstrable people skills or experience co-ordinating a team
- Experience cleaning in a similar environment or transferable skills, knowledge, and understanding
- Understanding of COSHH and H&S compliance on similar sites/environments
- Experience in training and inducting colleagues
