The predicted salary is between 42750 - 52250 £ per year.
Responsible for providing safety, quality, technical and risk intelligence professional support to the Strategic Account Director whilst supporting and advising all management teams, employees, volunteers and supply chain partners. Full responsibility for the planning and delivery of the account assurance framework (three-tiered approach) demonstrating compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring systems, processes and procedures are in place to meet all legal, statutory and regulatory compliance. Measure and report compliance, deliver against agreed KPI, SLA and reporting metrics, ensuring management plans are in place for all CAPAs.
Ensure appropriate risk assessment and learning methodologies and systems are effectively dispersed across the account and aligned to OCS requirements. Demonstration of full compliance to all Safe Systems of Work (SSoW). Maintenance of a comprehensive, effective and fully auditable work control management system for OCS employees, OCS Supply Chain Partners and, where appropriate contract employees and contractors. Aligned work control processes to relevant regulatory requirements.
Oversee, contribute and manage inputs to Operational Meeting Matrix requirements at a variety of levels, up to Executive. Oversee the gap analysis and management of the account Risk Register for safety and technical risks (including reporting of and transfer to the account where appropriate). Contribute, support and Chair, when requested by the Account Director or TSAD, account and OCS led safety and technical management meetings, including account level Safety Culture Groups and the Central monthly Community of Practice (CoP).
Working with HoSO and SAE, support the delivery of OCS’s Safety, Technical and Quality Assurance Competence Management System (CMS) on the account. Work collaboratively with members of the account Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Senior Management Team (SMT) and stakeholders to form sustainable relationships designed to establish a cohesive long-term improvement program for safety, technical and quality assurance.
