We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mobile Engineer to support the Siemens portfolio across London, Slough, and the wider South region. The successful candidate will be electrically biased ideally, with the ability to undertake a range of general building maintenance tasks and minor repairs across multiple sites.

Working within professional corporate environments, the engineer will be responsible for delivering a safe, compliant, and high-quality maintenance service while building positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders.

Days of Working: Monday to Friday with additional on call cover, covering weekends and evenings on a rota with optional overtime

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the Siemens estate.
Diagnose faults and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner.
Undertake basic mechanical and fabric maintenance works where required.
Support statutory compliance activities and assist with contractor supervision.
Complete maintenance records, reports, and documentation accurately.
Respond to reactive call-outs and emergency situations.
Act as a professional and customer-focused representative of OCS when engaging with site teams and client stakeholders.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practice.

Essential Hiring Criteria:

Applicant must have the right to work in the UK
Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
Proven experience in building maintenance within commercial environments.
Ability to undertake a broad range of basic maintenance tasks beyond electrical works.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence.
