The predicted salary is between 26509 - 26509 £ per year.
Hours per week: 6am start time. As a Cleaning Operative at OCS, you will play a crucial role in providing safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their workspaces.
Key responsibilities:
- Tidying up work areas, cleaning floors and communal areas.
- Your role will involve hands-on physical tasks that can require standing for periods of time, for example, vacuuming carpeted areas if there are any onsite scheduled for cleaning, sweeping, mopping (if required), emptying bins and other tasks such as potentially washroom cleaning.
- If the site cleaning is during the day or night in open, public spaces, you may come into regular contact with customers so you must be able to assist them if needed, for example, with taking queries linked to cleaning or any incidents/issues reported.
- You must complete all relevant Health & Safety records and attend training courses when needed.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- You must have Right to Work in the UK.
- A smart phone is required to use our Timegate Time and Attendance system to pin in and out onsite when you are scheduled to work.
- There may also be tasks allocated to you which will require you to use the Timegate app, i.e. to record cleaning entries and any other such duties.
- A background in cleaning would be advantageous, but full training is provided.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
