About The Role:
SHIFT PATTERN - 4 ON 4 OFF ROLLING ROTA
We are seeking a professional and vigilant Dual Licenced CCTV & Security Officer to provide dual-role security coverage across construction sites. This position requires operating CCTV systems while also performing on-site security duties to ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to security threats.
- Conduct regular site patrols and manage access control.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activities.
- Maintain accurate incident records and detailed logs.
- Communicate effectively with site teams, clients, and emergency services.
- Operate CCTV systems in compliance with GDPR and industry regulations.
- Carry out security duties in line with company and client policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid SIA CCTV Licence plus SIA Security Licence.
- Previous experience in construction site security and CCTV operations preferred.
- Strong observational and analytical skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
Additional Requirements
All successful applicants will be required to undergo screening and vetting in line with BS7858 standards.
