About The Role:
Days of Working: Mon - Fri start 08.00, finish 17.00 with 1hr unpaid break
OCS is recruiting a Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be part of a passionate and driven team, delivering exceptional customer service in a busy and professional environment. As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the first point of contact, greeting clients and staff with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage reception processes, including issuing visitor and contractor passes and ensuring proper sign-in procedures.
- Handle incoming calls efficiently and assist with customer enquiries.
- Oversee meeting room bookings and support event logistics, including room setup and customer assistance.
- Perform mailroom duties and support building health and safety procedures as required.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a high-profile Reception or Front of House role is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and professional presentation.
- Must be able to obtain DBS, BPSS, and SC clearances (processed and funded by the business).
