About The Role: Working Pattern Monday to Friday - 8hrs per day. We are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager (Soft Services) to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's sites across the region. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Have the day-to-day responsibility for quality performance on the various contracts with respect to cleaning.
  • Assist in the management and monitoring of the operation of the contract and ensure compliance with the contract specification.
  • Apply quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards of service.
  • Assist in effective management within budgetary constraints.
  • Full management control of people resources and responsible for implementing disciplinary actions up to and including dismissal of staff.
  • Have direct reports in a specified geographic area.
  • Be responsible for in the region of 50 to 70 buildings within their specified geographic area.
  • Identifies ways to reduce cost.
  • Work within a given budget, usually without authorised spending of their own.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Any offer of employment will be subject to gaining full security vetting clearance (NPPV2 as will need access to sites).
  • Able to prioritise effectively and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  • Highly organised and detail conscious.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong personal integrity and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong leadership style with a focus on supporting and developing employees and colleagues.
  • Taking responsibility for the area and proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet customer or business needs.
  • Ability to travel from site to site as required to meet the needs of the business.
  • Flexible to undertake cleaning activities to support their team.
