About The Role:

Working Pattern: The shift patterns tend to be Monday to Friday; however, there will be the requirement to work weekends depending on the clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cleaners, including scheduling, task assignment, and providing guidance and support to ensure a high standard of work.
  • Supervising: Oversee the cleaning of interior rooms and exterior areas of public areas and common areas, including seats, floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas, to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report any shortages or equipment issues to the Housekeeping Manager for timely resolution.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Training and Development: Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation, and provide ongoing coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that the team follows all safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, supplies usage, and any incidents or issues. Prepare and submit reports to the Facilities Manager.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with other departments to address customer complaints related to cleanliness and ensure a positive passenger experience.
