About The Role:
Working Pattern: Varied shift Rota. As Room Attendant, you will ensure that the standards of the rooms are delivered back to the Housekeeping department to an exceptional standard of cleanliness and set up in line with Brand Standards to meet the Guest experience requirements. Ensure that all periodic cleaning takes place on time and in line with Brand Standards.
Other responsibilities include:
- To clean the rooms in line with the required Brand standards and ensure that trolleys if appropriate are kept neat and tidy at all times.
- To replace towels, soap, toilet rolls, stationery and other items as specified in the Brand Standard document within each guests room (Departure and Stay-over rooms).
- To ensure that all rubbish in departure rooms and only rubbish in the bathroom and bedroom bins in stay over rooms, is removed prior to cleaning and correctly separated as directed.
- To ensure that all maintenance faults are reported.
- To ensure that you are trained and aware of the proper use and control of all cleaning materials and equipment.
You should meet the following criteria:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience working in housekeeping role is desirable.
- Understand health and safety regulations.
