The predicted salary is between 18900 - 23100 £ per year.
Working Pattern: This role will be for retail and working hours are 06:00 - 14:00 with flexibility due to clients' needs.
Specialist Window Cleaning (SWC), part of the OCS Group, are currently recruiting for a Window Cleaning Operative to join our passionate and driven team.
Key responsibilities:
- To carry out works scheduled by the supervisor or line manager in a timely, safe manner.
- Be aware of the condition of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is in safe working order, checked regularly and serviced.
- Report any faults to supervisor/management.
- Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
- Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors.
- Report any customer complaints or compliments and take some remedial action if possible.
- Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities to the Line Manager/supervisor.
You will meet the following criteria:
- Must have right to work in the UK.
- You must hold a full UK Driving License.
- You will have experience in window cleaning and ideally in working at heights and high buildings.
- You must have the ability to work well on your own, be self-sufficient and motivated whilst also being comfortable working as part of a team and following instruction.
- A professional attitude.
