About The Role:

Shift Pattern: 4 on 2 off

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Team Leader to oversee our cleaning, customer services, and security functions within our clients site. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our teams operate within their contractual obligations while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire teams in delivering Cleaning, Waste, Customer services and security services.
  • Manage sickness and absence following the correct company protocol, managing cover as and when needed.
  • Conduct interviews and oversee the onboarding of new employees, including site inductions.
  • Implement personal development plans (PDPs) and performance reviews to nurture and retain individuals.
  • Maintain and implement sufficient training for teams.
  • Foster a collaborative, multi-functional team environment, encouraging cross-training and skill development.

Key Hiring Criteria:

  • Confidence in leading a team.
  • Previous experience within cleaning and security is desirable.
  • Customer service focused.
