The predicted salary is between 40500 - 49500 £ per year.

Days of Working: Monday to Friday - 11.45 to 17.00

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering calls quickly and efficiently and supporting our customer service team
  • The first point of contact for meeting and greeting clients and staff
  • Provide clerical support to the Manager and when appropriate, to other staff, including diary management and ad-hoc duties
  • Manage switchboard, general inquiries, telephone, and receive emails
  • Assist in meetings by recording minutes and distributing them to all participants on time

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK
  • Experience in administration, reception or customer service functions would be beneficial
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organisation, verbal, and written skills
