About the Role:
Working Days - Saturday and Sunday- 07:00-15:00
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge Security Officer to join our team. This role combines front-of-house responsibilities with maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and friendly front-of-house service.
- Manage access control for staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Providing a high standard customer service.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
- Assist with general enquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all security procedures and protocols.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid SIA Frontline Licence (essential).
- Previous experience in a concierge or reception role (essential and to be evidenced in application/CV).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Option to take additional work on this or other sites.
Additional Requirements
All successful applicants will be required to undergo screening and vetting in line with BS7858 standards.
