About The Role: Working PatternHours according to business needs but mainly 8am to 4pmKey Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, inspiration, and control in each aspect of contract delivery
- Full budgetary and commercial responsibility
- Leadership and lead by example in culture of safety, opportunity, inclusiveness, and diversity
- Deliver operational services which achieve statutory compliance, KPI adherence and high performance
- Ensure that a Continuous Improvement Process is an integral part of service delivery, adding value to both the business and our client
- Ownership of customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer experience, true partnership and collaborationKey Hiring Criteria
- Extensive experience working in a similar role for an FM service provider (ideally within Cleaning/Soft Services)
- Extensive experience at the Senior Management level running hard services and/or facilities management contracts
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to a diverse stakeholder base
