About The Role:

Days of Working: This is a 4 on 4 off shift pattern - 07:00 - 19:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems.
  • Ensure all delegated reactive works orders and PPMs are completed within the contract-defined time SLAs & KPIs.
  • Provide a significant contribution to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability.
  • Complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly.
  • Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship.
  • Support the site supervisor with the implementation of an integrated approach for the delivery of all contracted services.
  • Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.

Essential Hiring Criteria:

  • Applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Must have a current, valid driving licence.
  • NVQ, or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services along with proven maintenance experience.
  • Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation to ensure site safety procedures are always followed.
  • CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
  • Understanding of First Aid.
  • IT Literate - Basic understanding of Excel & Microsoft products.
