About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 5am to 8am

We are seeking a reliable and professional individual to join our team in a part-time permanent role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our offices. Working within a prestigious law firm environment, the successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring that our workspace consistently reflects the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and attention to detail. This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates discretion and reliability, and is committed to delivering a high-quality service that supports both staff and visitors in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with the client to ensure a high standard of service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Carry out general cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising surfaces, and maintaining washroom facilities.
  • Ensure offices, meeting rooms, communal areas, and public spaces are consistently maintained to a high professional standard.
  • Safely use cleaning products and equipment while ensuring supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepared to go above and beyond assisting other departments on client events when required.

Requirements:

  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent service and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to support occasional changes in working hours when required.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional environment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment (e.g., vacuums, floor machines), and safe cleaning techniques.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check due to the professional nature of the workplace.
  • Previous experience in a similar cleaning or facilities role is required. Candidates must also be able to provide references upon request.
