About The Role: This is an Account Director level role focused on a prestigious London-based contract with full operational, commercial, engineering, and client leadership responsibility.

Leadership & Contract Management

  • Proven experience leading large, complex Hard FM contracts.
  • Ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary engineering and facilities teams.
  • Strong track record of creating a positive culture focused on safety, inclusion, performance, and customer service.

Commercial & Financial Accountability

  • Full P&L ownership experience.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management capability.
  • Ability to identify efficiencies, cost savings, and value-add opportunities without compromising service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of asset management frameworks, engineering standards, and maintenance strategies.
  • Ability to drive KPI and SLA performance.

Capital Projects & Sustainability

  • Experience delivering capital works projects.
  • Ability to integrate energy management, sustainability, and renewable technologies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Executive-level stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build long-term partnerships and act as a trusted advisor.

Key Hiring Criteria

  • Extensive experience working in a similar role for a Hard FM service provider.
  • Extensive experience at the Senior Management level running hard services and/or facilities management contracts.
  • Understanding and demonstration of understanding of critical environment infrastructure, capital project delivery and energy management services.
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to a diverse stakeholder base.
  • Strong management skills and ability to form collaborative working relationships and communicate with a large and varied delivery team.
