The predicted salary is between 9.9 - 12.1 £ per hour.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing a variety of hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages.
- Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Keeping the bar area clean and organised, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and in good working order.
- Monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring that all drinks meet the company’s quality standards and are presented attractively.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
- Working closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Hold relevant qualifications, have knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety is a must.
- Demonstrate high standards and be well organised.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills are essential.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
- Ability to handle different situations and find practical solutions.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time-management and organisational abilities.
- While not always mandatory, having a food hygiene certificate (Level 2) is advantageous.
