OCS UK & Ireland is hiring for a maintenance technician responsible for delivering planned and reactive M&E and building fabric maintenance across our sites in Northampton, Cambridge, and London. The role is hybrid with site visits, requires NVQ in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services, a valid UK driving licence, CSCS, and sound safety documentation practices.
You will complete service sheets, manage contractor performance, and support the site supervisor to meet SLAs, KPIs, and quality.
