About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Vending Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining vending machines across a designated route, ensuring machines are fully stocked, clean, and operating efficiently.
This is a hands-on position that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Refill and replenish vending machines with food, drinks, and consumable products.
- Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of vending equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and accurately record product usage.
- Responsible for accurate recording of weekly stock for all vending outlets.
- Ensure all vending machines are fully operational and report faults promptly.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers at client sites.
- Follow company policies and health & safety procedures at all times.
About You
- Previous experience in vending, retail, catering, delivery, or customer service is desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage your own workload.
- Basic numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Physically able to lift and move stock as required.
- Valid UK Passport or Original Birth Certificate for vetting purposes.
